county, Gwinnett, the community sits astride I-85 and is in close
proximity to I-285, providing unparalleled access to the entire
metro region. Three Gwinnett County Transit bus lines also offer
direct transit access to the Doraville MARTA station.

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, OFS Fiber Optic, and Suniva,

development. Established in 2006, the CID is strictly dedicated to improving
the community and protecting property investment. A Tax Allocation District
(TAD) encompasses the majority of the area, providing significant incentive for

Gwinnett County’s leading redevelopment
opportunities. It sits near the intersection
of Jimmy Carter Boulevard and I-85 in the

District. In the modern era of fiber optics,
OFS utilized this development as both
its headquarters and manufacturing hub.
