In five short years, Partnership Gwinnett has gone from a concept to a full-fledged economic and community development program implemented by a professional staff. Partnership Gwinnett hired Market Street in 2006 to create a comprehensive Community and Economic Development Plan, however, much has changed in the national and local economies since Partnership Gwinnett was initially launched.
