Partnership Gwinnett Appoints New Project Manager

(GWINNETT- METRO ATLANTA) October 13, 2016 – Partnership Gwinnett, Georgia’s largest local economic development organization, announced today that Deven Cason has joined the team in the role of Project Manager. Cason will represent existing companies and prospects in the advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chain industries.

“I am excited and fortunate to be joining such a respected team here at Partnership Gwinnett,” said Cason. “I look forward to working with them to further develop the business community we have here in Gwinnett County.”

In this role, Cason is responsible for planning, organizing and managing economic development project activities in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain target industry sectors. She will work closely with community partners to support the implementation of goals outlined in the Partnership Gwinnett strategy, as well as coordinate and direct programs that support existing and prospect companies in her targeted business sectors.

Cason brings to this role a diversified background in relationship management and client development. Her skills in these fields, along with her long standing relationships with manufacturing and supply chain companies in the region, will be beneficial in continuing to implement Partnership Gwinnett’s mission and strategy.

“Deven’s experience, industry knowledge and professional relationships has already made her a great addition to the Partnership Gwinnett team,” said Andrew Carnes, Director of Economic Development. “We are excited to have Deven join us and I’m confident that she will play a key role in continuing to implement the Partnership Gwinnett Community and Economic Development strategy.”

Cason comes to Partnership Gwinnett after working four years with TRUE Staffing as an Account Manager and Recruiter in Gwinnett County, where she was responsible for full cycle sales and establishing working relationships with clients, a majority of which were established manufacturers and supply chain companies. Cason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia.
